Some of you may already be aware that this issue also affected the PWA World Cup this summer, where GPS-based marks had to be used instead of anchored buoys. Unfortunately, these GPS marks are extremely costly and require significant handling and maintenance, making them not economically feasible for us to operate with at this stage.
We understand how disappointing this news is for many of you who look forward to the TWS Pro Slalom Training each winter. Please rest assured that we are actively exploring solutions and remain committed to bringing back the famous TWS Pro Slalom Trainings as soon as possible.
We are hopeful that by winter 2027 we can overcome these challenges and welcome you all back on the slalom course in El Médano.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Your TWS Team
